Role Overview

We are hiring a Customer Success Manager to manage client relationships after onboarding, drive retention, improve product adoption, and identify growth opportunities across customer accounts. This role is especially relevant for SaaS, digital services, and recurring-revenue businesses, and current UAE listings show meaningful remote demand for customer success positions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage customer onboarding, adoption, and account health
  • Build strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders
  • Track usage, risks, renewal opportunities, and customer satisfaction
  • Coordinate with product, support, and sales teams to resolve issues
  • Deliver account reviews, performance updates, and value-based recommendations
  • Support renewals, expansion, and long-term retention

Requirements

  • Experience in customer success, account management, or client services
  • Strong communication, relationship management, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work with SaaS metrics, customer journeys, and commercial goals
  • Experience supporting remote or international clients is preferred
