Job Title: Technical Writer
Department: Marketing, Growth & Digital Experience / Product Documentation
Reports To: Product Lead / Engineering Manager

Role Overview

Creates structured, accurate, and easy-to-understand documentation for APIs, product workflows, integrations, and technical systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Write API docs, integration guides, and help content
• Translate technical details into usable documentation
• Maintain documentation consistency and structure
• Work with engineering and product teams on updates
• Support FAQs, onboarding materials, and release notes

Required Qualifications

• Experience in technical writing or product documentation
• Ability to explain technical concepts clearly
• Familiarity with APIs, webhooks, and technical workflows

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience documenting SaaS or developer products
• Familiarity with Markdown, Git-based documentation, or help centers.
