Job Title: Social Media Manager
Department: Marketing, Growth & Digital Experience / Social Media
Reports To: Head of Marketing / Growth Lead
Role Overview
We are seeking a Social Media Manager to plan, create, schedule, manage, and optimize social media content and brand presence across key digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute social media content calendars
- Manage posting across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, X, TikTok, or other relevant channels
- Create captions, content ideas, and campaign themes
- Coordinate with designers, video editors, and copywriters
- Monitor engagement, trends, community interactions, and performance
- Support organic brand growth and campaign amplification
- Track social metrics and content performance
- Ensure content aligns with brand positioning and platform behavior
Required Qualifications
- Experience in social media management or digital content marketing
- Strong understanding of platform behavior and content formats
- Strong writing, coordination, and planning skills
- Ability to manage calendars and campaign rollouts
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in B2B, hospitality, lifestyle, or e-commerce social media
- Familiarity with scheduling tools, analytics, and short-form video planning
- Ability to work with creators or internal stakeholders on content production.
