Role Overview

We are hiring an SEO / Growth Hacker to drive organic visibility, traffic growth, user acquisition, and digital experimentation through search optimization, content strategy, technical SEO, and scalable growth tactics.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute SEO strategies for traffic, rankings, and inbound lead growth
• Perform keyword research, competitor analysis, and search intent mapping
• Improve on-page SEO, internal linking, metadata, content architecture, and technical health
• Identify growth opportunities across organic, referral, and product-led channels
• Work with developers, writers, and designers to implement SEO improvements
• Monitor rankings, traffic trends, crawl issues, and content performance
• Run experiments to improve acquisition, activation, and retention
• Support landing page and conversion growth with data-backed recommendations

Required Qualifications

• Experience in SEO, organic growth, or growth marketing
• Strong understanding of technical SEO, content SEO, and search performance analysis
• Familiarity with SEO tools, analytics platforms, and performance reporting
• Ability to translate insights into practical growth actions
• Strong research and experimentation skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with SaaS, service pages, international SEO, or e-commerce SEO
• Familiarity with schema, site structure strategy, CRO, and content optimization
• Experience collaborating with engineering and content teams
