About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Business Analyst with a strong background in gathering requirements, process mapping, and implementing Salesforce solutions. The ideal candidate will have at least 7 years of proven experience in Salesforce business analysis, working closely with stakeholders to design scalable solutions that align with business goals.

This is a remote role open exclusively to candidates based in India.

Key Responsibilities of a Business Analyst

• Requirement Gathering: Talk to stakeholders (management, users, clients) to understand what they need.
• Process Analysis: Map and improve business processes, workflows, and operations.
• Documentation: Write clear business requirements documents (BRD), functional specifications, and user stories.
• Communication: Act as a link between business teams and IT/development teams.
• Solution Design Support: Ensure proposed solutions meet business needs and are cost-effective.
• Testing & Validation: Help in user acceptance testing (UAT) to confirm the solution works as expected.
