About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Associate with strong Big 4 experience to support a recently acquired listed company in Lahore. The role requires a professional with deep accounting knowledge, the ability to assess and quantify key financial and operational risks, and experience working on complex audit or advisory engagements.This is a project-based assignment (4–8 weeks) with a hybrid work model, including both remote work and on-site presence at the client’s Lahore office.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, analyse, and quantify key accounting and operational risk areas, including compliance gaps and control weaknesses.
• Support management in preparing accurate and reliable financial information for internal and external stakeholders.
• Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to gather data, validate findings, and prepare high-quality deliverables.
• Prepare clear, concise working papers and reports in accordance with professional standards.

Required Qualifications & Experience

• 3–5 years of experience in a Big 4 firm (Audit or Advisory).
• Strong understanding of IFRS, accounting principles, financial statements, and regulatory reporting.
• Experience in auditing or advising listed companies is an advantage.
• Demonstrated ability to assess controls, identify risks, perform walkthroughs, and quantify financial impacts.
• Experience in process mapping, SOP development, and internal controls evaluation is highly desirable.
• Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills.
• Must be based in Lahore and available for a hybrid work arrangement.
