Job Summary

Vurke is hiring a Sales & Marketing Manager to lead our inside-sales team. This is a desk-based role focused on calls, email communication, and digital marketing support. No outdoor visits required.

Responsibilities

• Lead, guide, train, and control the sales and marketing team
• Drive daily calling and follow-up activity through structured reporting
• Ensure professional email drafting, scripts, and customer communication
• Coordinate with marketing for digital lead handling and campaign support
• Track performance and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly reporting in MS Excel

Requirements

• MBA (Marketing)
• 1 to 2 years of tele-sales experience
• Strong leadership and team handling
• Strong command over drafting and communication
• Good knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel)

Preferred

• Experience handling inbound leads and closing via calls and email
• Experience working with KPIs and team targets
