Job Title: Renewable Energy Project Manager

Reports To: Head of Projects / Operations Director

Role Overview

We are seeking a Renewable Energy Project Manager to lead the planning, coordination, execution, and delivery of renewable energy and sustainable infrastructure projects. This role will manage timelines, vendors, site teams, budgets, compliance, and client communication across project lifecycles.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead renewable energy projects from initiation to completion
• Manage scope, schedules, budgets, risks, and project milestones
• Coordinate engineering, procurement, installation, and commissioning teams
• Oversee contractor and vendor performance
• Ensure compliance with technical, regulatory, and HSE requirements
• Maintain project reporting, documentation, and stakeholder communication
• Monitor project quality and delivery performance
• Support client handovers and post-installation follow-up

Required Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering, Renewable Energy, Project Management, or related field
• Experience managing solar, energy, MEP, or infrastructure projects
• Strong project planning, coordination, and reporting skills
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and site activities
• Knowledge of engineering project lifecycles and execution controls

Preferred Qualifications

• PMP or similar project certification
• Experience in EPC, solar deployment, or building systems projects
• Familiarity with contracts, BOQs, commissioning, and vendor management
