Performance Marketing Specialist (Paid Media)

Job Title: Performance Marketing Specialist
Department: Marketing, Growth & Digital Experience
Reports To: Head of Marketing / Growth Lead

Role Overview

We are seeking a Performance Marketing Specialist to plan, launch, optimize, and scale paid media campaigns across search, social, display, and other digital channels. This role will focus on lead generation, customer acquisition, return on ad spend, and campaign performance across multiple platforms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and manage paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other relevant channels
  • Monitor budget allocation, bidding strategies, targeting, and creative performance
  • Optimize campaigns based on CPL, CPA, ROAS, CTR, and conversion metrics
  • Conduct audience research, competitor analysis, and channel testing
  • Work with design and content teams to improve ad creatives and landing page alignment
  • Prepare campaign reports, dashboards, and insights for stakeholders
  • Run retargeting, lookalike, and funnel-based acquisition strategies
  • Continuously test new offers, messaging, formats, and channels

Required Qualifications

  • Experience in paid media, performance marketing, or digital advertising
  • Strong understanding of campaign setup, tracking, attribution, and conversion optimization
  • Familiarity with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and analytics tools
  • Strong analytical mindset and data-driven decision-making ability
  • Experience managing advertising budgets and performance goals

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in B2B, SaaS, e-commerce, lead generation, or multi-market campaigns
  • Familiarity with GTM, GA4, UTM tracking, and CRM-linked reporting
  • Experience working with landing page tests and marketing automation flows
