Job Title: Marketing Operations / CRM Specialist
Department: Marketing, Growth & Digital Experience / Operations
Reports To: Head of Marketing / Growth Operations Lead
Role Overview
We are looking for a Marketing Operations / CRM Specialist to manage campaign operations, lead workflows, CRM hygiene, reporting, tracking systems, and marketing process efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain CRM structure, lead stages, and campaign-linked data hygiene
- Support lead capture, routing, segmentation, and reporting workflows
- Build and manage campaign operations across forms, landing pages, tracking, and integrations
- Coordinate with sales and marketing on handoff processes
- Improve marketing reporting, dashboards, and process consistency
- Support campaign attribution and performance visibility
- Maintain audience lists, fields, scoring logic, and automation rules
Required Qualifications
- Experience in marketing operations, CRM, or demand generation support
- Strong understanding of lead management and reporting workflows
- Familiarity with CRM systems and digital campaign operations
- Strong process discipline and analytical ability
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, or similar platforms
- Familiarity with GTM, GA4, automation tools, and funnel reporting
- Experience in B2B marketing operations
