Role Overview
We are seeking a Head of Marketing / Growth Lead to define and drive the overall marketing, brand, acquisition, and growth strategy across digital channels. This role will lead campaign planning, team coordination, funnel performance, positioning, and demand generation across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Define the overall marketing and growth strategy
- Lead brand, acquisition, content, and digital growth initiatives
- Set goals for traffic, leads, conversions, retention, and revenue contribution
- Coordinate cross-functional execution across content, paid, SEO, design, CRM, and e-commerce
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize marketing investment
- Develop marketing calendars, team priorities, and reporting frameworks
- Align marketing initiatives with business objectives and sales requirements
- Guide testing, positioning, and growth opportunities across channels
Required Qualifications
- Strong experience in marketing leadership, growth, or digital strategy
- Ability to manage multi-channel campaigns and team coordination
- Strong analytical, commercial, and planning capability
- Experience in performance, content, brand, and funnel strategy
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in B2B, SaaS, e-commerce, services, or multi-market marketing
- Experience building or scaling marketing functions
- Familiarity with CRM, automation, and digital reporting systems
