Role Overview

We are hiring a Generative AI Content Strategist to design AI-assisted content systems that improve speed, quality, personalization, and scale across marketing, branding, thought leadership, and internal communication.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop AI-driven content strategies and production workflows
• Create content frameworks using LLMs for blogs, social, web, sales, and campaign use cases
• Build prompt libraries and content QA guidelines
• Work with brand and compliance teams to ensure consistency and safety
• Identify automation opportunities across content operations
• Analyze performance and improve AI-generated content quality

Required Qualifications

• Degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, AI, or related field
• Experience in content strategy, editorial systems, or marketing operations
• Practical experience using generative AI for content workflows
• Excellent writing, editing, and content governance skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with SEO, campaign planning, and AI content evaluation
• Familiarity with structured prompting, brand controls, and workflow automation
• Experience in B2B, SaaS, HR, or technology sectors
