Job Title: Email Marketing & Automation Specialist
Department: Marketing, Growth & Digital Experience / Lifecycle Marketing
Reports To: Head of Marketing / Growth Operations Lead
Role Overview
We are seeking an Email Marketing & Automation Specialist to build and manage email campaigns, nurture flows, lifecycle journeys, segmentation strategies, and marketing automation that improve engagement, lead nurturing, and retention.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and execute email campaigns, newsletters, and nurture journeys
- Create segmented email strategies for leads, customers, and audiences
- Develop automation workflows for onboarding, lead nurturing, and retention
- Coordinate copy, creative, and timing for email performance
- Monitor open rates, CTR, conversion rates, and campaign health
- Run A/B tests on subject lines, content, and journey logic
- Maintain deliverability standards and list health
- Align email activity with CRM and campaign strategy
Required Qualifications
- Experience in email marketing and marketing automation
- Strong understanding of segmentation, journeys, and campaign logic
- Familiarity with email tools, CRM sync, and reporting
- Strong execution and testing mindset
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with HubSpot, Mailchimp, Klaviyo, ActiveCampaign, or similar tools
- Familiarity with B2B nurture flows or e-commerce lifecycle marketing
- Experience in retention marketing and conversion-focused email programs.
