Job Title: E-commerce Operations Manager
Department: Marketing, Growth & Digital Experience / Commerce
Reports To: Head of E-commerce / Business Head

Role Overview

Oversees the day-to-day commercial and operational execution of digital storefronts, product listings, campaigns, and customer experience alignment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage e-commerce platform operations
• Oversee catalogs, pricing, stock coordination, and promotions
• Coordinate with marketing, support, and logistics teams
• Monitor sales performance and operational bottlenecks
• Improve workflows for campaigns and launches

Required Qualifications

• Experience in e-commerce operations
• Strong understanding of product catalogs, promotions, and digital merchandising
• Strong coordination and reporting skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento, or marketplace operations
• Familiarity with conversion and retention metrics
