Data Scientist (Predictive Modeling Focus)

Role Overview

We are seeking a Data Scientist to build predictive models that generate business insight, improve decision-making, and support forecasting, risk scoring, customer analysis, and operational optimization.

Key Responsibilities

• Build predictive and statistical models for business use cases
• Analyze large datasets to identify trends, drivers, and opportunities
• Design experiments and evaluate model effectiveness
• Collaborate with business teams to frame analytical problems
• Present findings in a clear and actionable way
• Work with data engineers and MLOps teams for deployment

Required Qualifications

• Degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or related field
• Strong experience with Python, SQL, and statistical modeling
• Experience in regression, classification, forecasting, and model evaluation
• Ability to communicate complex findings to non-technical stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in finance, HR analytics, healthcare, or marketing analytics
• Familiarity with A/B testing, causal inference, and feature engineering
• Experience deploying models into production
