Job Title: Cybersecurity Squad

Reporting To: Head of Security / CTO

Role Overview

We are building a Cybersecurity Squad to help assess, strengthen, and protect digital systems, applications, and business environments. This squad will support security monitoring, vulnerability management, risk reduction, penetration testing, and remediation support across internal and client-facing projects.

This squad is ideal for organizations that need a mix of day-to-day security oversight and hands-on offensive testing capability.

Roles Included

• Information Security Analyst
• Cybersecurity Penetration Tester

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and assess security posture across systems, users, and environments
• Conduct vulnerability assessments and security reviews
• Perform penetration testing for web applications, APIs, and infrastructure
• Investigate risks, alerts, and suspicious activity
• Support remediation planning with technical teams
• Assist with security controls, policies, and compliance readiness
• Document findings, risk reports, and recommended actions
• Help improve overall security maturity and resilience

Required Qualifications

• Experience in cybersecurity, information security, ethical hacking, or related roles
• Understanding of vulnerability management, IAM, network security, and application security
• Knowledge of common attack vectors, OWASP risks, and security testing methods
• Ability to write clear technical and business-facing reports
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Certifications such as Security+, CEH, OSCP, PNPT, or equivalent
• Experience in SaaS, cloud, or enterprise security environments
• Familiarity with SIEM tools, EDR, or cloud security monitoring
