Reports To: Analytics Manager / Head of BI

Role Overview

We are seeking a BI Developer to design dashboards, data models, and reporting solutions that provide business leaders with timely, accurate, and actionable insights.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain dashboards and reports
• Translate business questions into reporting solutions
• Develop semantic models and KPI frameworks
• Optimize dashboard usability, performance, and adoption
• Ensure data consistency and metric governance
• Work with data engineers and business stakeholders to improve reporting layers

Required Qualifications

• Experience with BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or similar
• Strong SQL skills and understanding of data modeling
• Ability to design executive-ready dashboards and reports
• Strong stakeholder communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in HR, finance, sales, or operations analytics
• Familiarity with DAX, Power Query, Tableau calculations, or LookML
• Experience with self-service analytics enablement
