BIM Coordinator (Digital Construction Specialist)

Job Title: BIM Coordinator
Department: Energy, Sustainability & Smart Infrastructure / Digital Construction
Reports To: Design Manager / Project Manager

Role Overview

We are seeking a BIM Coordinator to support digital coordination of construction, energy, MEP, and infrastructure projects through model management, clash detection, drawing coordination, and multidisciplinary collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate BIM models across architectural, structural, MEP, and energy disciplines
• Support clash detection, model reviews, and coordination meetings
• Maintain model standards, naming conventions, and documentation control
• Work with engineers and project teams to align design data with project requirements
• Support extraction of drawings, schedules, and coordinated deliverables
• Improve digital coordination accuracy and efficiency
• Maintain BIM execution workflows and version control

Required Qualifications

• Degree or diploma in architecture, engineering, construction, or related field
• Experience with BIM coordination and digital model workflows
• Strong knowledge of model coordination, drawing standards, and multidisciplinary environments
• Ability to work with engineering and site teams

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Revit, Navisworks, BIM 360, or equivalent tools
• Experience in MEP, renewable energy, or smart building projects
• Familiarity with digital construction standards and coordination protocols.
