Role Overview

We are looking for an AI Prompt Engineer to design, test, and optimize prompts for large language models and AI-powered workflows. This role will focus on improving output quality, reliability, safety, and business relevance across internal and client-facing AI use cases.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, refine, and maintain prompts for LLM-based applications
• Improve response quality, consistency, structure, and reasoning performance
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and business teams to align prompts with use cases
• Build prompt libraries, templates, and reusable frameworks
• Test outputs across various scenarios and edge cases
• Document prompt performance, changes, and best practices
• Work with AI/ML teams to support evaluation and fine-tuning workflows
• Ensure prompts follow safety, compliance, and brand guidelines

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Linguistics, Data Science, AI, or related field
• Experience working with LLMs such as GPT, Claude, Gemini, Llama, or similar
• Strong written communication and analytical thinking
• Familiarity with prompt testing, structured outputs, and workflow automation
• Understanding of AI limitations, hallucinations, and model behavior

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with RAG systems, agent workflows, and LLM evaluation
• Familiarity with Python, APIs, JSON, and automation tools
• Experience in prompt optimization for business, HR, legal, support, or content functions
