The customer is Almarai, a renowned dairy and farming industry in Kingdom of Saudi Arabia since 1977. Starting with fresh milk and Laban processing, modern dairy farms and state-of-the-art processing plants Almarai is leading the market share with monopolistic leadership. Almarai moved from being a privately-owned company to a publicly listed company and now have around 50,000 shareholders. With over 3000 employees in the organization, it was a nightmare for HR department to manage expats and their visas and onboarding process.
Almost all of the HR aspects were managed by renowned software and we had to compete to the major tycoons. The various end-points and their collaboration under one platform was an issue unsolved and Almarai needed All-in-One solution to cater to all needs. Management was struggling with Expat Management issue and was eagerly looking for a solution to onboarding new employees in any of the GCC countries which requires multiple steps and approvals before a Residence Visa Permit or Iqama is issued.
